Hey fellas, been a long time since I've been on the forum. I followed a jelqing program 8 or so years ago and saw some good gains in size and EQ and I wanted to get back into a routine again.
Unfortunately, due to work and family, I don't have anywhere near as much time to do a full routine. My main goal is improved EQ and I'm already doing a kegel program.
Do you guys have any pointers on what might give me the best bang for my buck time-wise? Thanks in advance!
