    Hey fellas, been a long time since I've been on the forum. I followed a jelqing program 8 or so years ago and saw some good gains in size and EQ and I wanted to get back into a routine again.

    Unfortunately, due to work and family, I don't have anywhere near as much time to do a full routine. My main goal is improved EQ and I'm already doing a kegel program.

    Do you guys have any pointers on what might give me the best bang for my buck time-wise? Thanks in advance!

    The JP 90 is a good routine and you could consider doing a split routine from it.

    You may find it easier to sneak in the jelques and the stretching portion at different times of the day or if time is that hard to get, jelques on M/W/F and stretches on T/Th/S.

    Some people actually do portions of the stretching while using the restroom, just saying, were there is a will there is a way.

    If you're sexually active, focus on the techniques of edging/Stop and Starts during the encounters in order to further improve EQ. It's the most efficient, effective and pleasant way to boost EQ and sexual confidence.

    Thanks guys, I think the JP90 sounds like a good place to start, but like BigO said, a split routing may work better.

    Big Al - do you mean edging without ejaculation at all during sexual encounters or just hold it off as long as possible in a single encounter?

    I believe he means during and when alone, edging is pushing it to the limit and not busting so get to the edge and then slow pace, change gears, and then go at it again

    Stop and Starts are a structured edging technique, though the techniques can be used with great success during sexual contact. Ejaculating at the end of the session is recommended.
