Think about it then that means there penis grew to its full potential. So gaining from stretching btc and other ligament type stretches wouldn’t really do them justice. Unless there’s another factor I’m not counting for. From my hypothesis people with high erection angles don’t have a lot of shaft skin and have tighter ligaments. And people with lower hanging erections have more flexibility and skin for there penis to come out so gaining from traditional suspensory ligament stretches wouldn’t work. And then even with the guys gaining from from suspensory stretches are just stretching there scrotum skin onto the shaft, at least from what is happening to me. Then even with the scrotum skin coming up on the shaft, if you don’t do testicle jelques or foreskin restoration it will have effects on flaccid girth, and create a hour glass like effect. Also creating turkey neck on the penis.

...also very few cases where it actually happens that the whole penis uniformly expands that way. Most are very unfortunate cases.

I agree skin is very expansive. It moves up the shaft in some guys, me too, cause the point of biggest stretch is at the base with extenders etc. and pulls it forwardd.

Great post Teo. I have noticed this as well.
When I take things slow & focus on doing my exercises right, my dick feels thick and plump afterwards.
When I rush or go too high intensity, it turtles and hurts my gains.
Heat is key. Watching PIs is key.
I see a lot of people dismissing your points just because they're not 100% "science" based. I think it's ridiculous.
We can be our own science experiment.
Tangible results and testing things out on yourself (for a long enough period of time) can be better than science.

Well I finally got an hour to read through this thread that I missed out on. I tend to agree 100% with what @MadYogi and @BundleUp are saying so I don't need to repeat it.
Personally, the only reliable way I've been able to measure progress is with the pre/post BPFSL measurements. My EL seems to vacillate up to a half inch based on how 'randy' I am at the given time so I don't even think EL is a reliable measurement for progress. I think this is largely why some new practitioners claim inches of gains when they start; because they are just significantly improving their EQ. I personally think more emphasis should be placed on flaccid stretch length to track gains than erect measurements.Start: 01/2020 - BPEL - 6 1/2" EG - 5 7/8"
