Cool, I do my stretching routine based on Marinera froom thunders manual guide, I stretch to my fsl hold it and when I feel it more relaxed I pull a little harder if my dick allows, still didn't implemented the fulcrums. I try to hold my stretchs 10 mins or more, doing Btcs sideways in my bed helps to keep my dick warm (kyrpa on thunders says that heat helps and I follow his tips, keeping my dick between my legs makes it really stretchable, Iam not reaching the 38° to 43°degree range to heat up my collagen, but it defenetly puts my dick comfortable and warm XD).
I defenetly already saw decent gains.
What do you do in your routine? I personally do the stretches and after I get erect for about 10 to 20mins, 6on 1.off,or just by the feeling of my dick.
