    Cool, I do my stretching routine based on Marinera froom thunders manual guide, I stretch to my fsl hold it and when I feel it more relaxed I pull a little harder if my dick allows, still didn't implemented the fulcrums. I try to hold my stretchs 10 mins or more, doing Btcs sideways in my bed helps to keep my dick warm (kyrpa on thunders says that heat helps and I follow his tips, keeping my dick between my legs makes it really stretchable, Iam not reaching the 38° to 43°degree range to heat up my collagen, but it defenetly puts my dick comfortable and warm XD).
    I defenetly already saw decent gains.
    What do you do in your routine? I personally do the stretches and after I get erect for about 10 to 20mins, 6on 1.off,or just by the feeling of my dick.

    I have what appears to be a little gain (less than half inch) in 6 months (I measure for the first time in a week or so to get exact) and have been in the Phallosan 10 hours a day on average, 6 days a week the whole time. I feel if .5 inches or more was reached in length that this seems to be at least a good approach as possibly an inch in a year. Though I feel (more just guessing) that since the initial .25 inches there has been a stall. I also think my EQ has been greatly diminished as possibly over stretching it (not in tension but in duration).

    I will re-evaluate soon to be able to comment better but I am trying to understand what you felt was working and not working for you. It seems you think for you that:

    BAD: HARD pulling every day/LOW pulling everyday but in LONG hours

    GOOD: Low pulling (ie: extender) for short periods (4 hours), 2-3 days with a day of rest.

    Is that right? In other words for you to be effective it was just a few hours a day in an extender with just enough force to hold the penis taut (I am not always sure what you mean when you write "stiff flaccid" as that seems an oxymoron since flaccid is soft).

    But I have also read in your post what I interpret as allowing the penis to "turtle" or "not be in a stretched state" was "bad" regarding the added growth. So from that it seems more hours held in an extender would be better (4 hours a day means that 20 hours a day it is not stretched).


    I am testing out the idea of low-moderate pulling for long hours (10 or so a day) is the most effective or not. If I seem to have hit a wall or my EQ does not return soon enough I will maybe try several months (after a 2 week break) to see if only 4 hours works better. But I feel no pain or soreness either so am just giving this more a chance before switching up again.

    First streching (in what direction how long)
    Than jelq (how long in what direction)

    If you do an extensive research like I have done on extender guys you will see that most of the failed cases were the ones that were doing 8h+.
    And the most successfull ones were the ones that were doing 3 to 6h with a gentle intensity that was never made their dick feel any fatigue.
    Its not only the big intensity that can spark the stiffness mech of the dick but its also the big volume.

    As for your question about how a flaccid dick can be stiff.....I really don t know why you have a question like that.
    A flaccid dick can be in a state of soooo soft and big like a melted rubber BUT it can also be in a state of a little stiff sucker that is CONTRACTED aka TURTLED.

    What worked for me is 30 mins static light stretching and 15 to 20 mins light jelq

    That's surely one part of it that you described well.
    1on1off routines fit what you describe.

    Everyday intense but measured intensity without getting into trauma territory but pushing the limits will create plastic deformation.
    If the elasticity of the tissues is increased via a PE exercise, and isn`t allowed to revert to 0 of the elastic curve, then you work with a higher baseline elasticity with every further exercise you do.
    You will reach plastic deformity.

    I'm currently doing six different manual stretches: lightly bundled under the leg stretch on each side, bundled fulcrum stretch toward each hip, and so- called "mandingo stretches" in each direction. I do each stretch for 3-5 minutes, and repeat the sequence. Then I wear a jury-rigged ads for about an hour, but only for stretching the skin (I've gained almost an inch total without the skin stretching to match.) I also recently added IC kegel work, and I jelq when i can.

This will ensure the upcoming week of rest will be earned- and it's not unusual to note "rebound gains" after a full week of deep recuperation.
