Would you say that turtling immediately after your PE session is the sign of over-training (which happens to me most of the time)? As a grower, I have been struggling to find a positive PI such as longer flaccid hang a day after the session (or "stretched out state" in your term) given my unit size varies a lot when flaccid (i.e., temp., underwear, etc.). I would love to hear your thoughts as I think this point could be a good way to assess the volume / intensity of current routine for someone like myself... Thanks in advance!
