Hi guys I've red a lot about people who has had very small girth at the base of the penis after some manual exercises that have been done without right technique. But what to do if I have really skinny base just from nature? It's like I have it through all my life, is there some techniques or special exercises that can help? Give me some links on it, if so.

I know of no one that has had a skinny base created by PE.
If you have a skinny base, just about all types of PE will help with that, most experience girth gains at the base, especially from exercises that pull out what is referred to as inner penis.

Multidirectional stretches should help to beef up base girth- as will Squeezes. Just be sure to dig the hand at the base as deep as it'll comfortably go into your pubis while Squeezing in order to address as much of the basal portion of the shaft as possible.
