Hello gentlemen!!
I completed JP90's beginner routine and am well on my way with Kingpole's routine. I've been following Kingpole's routine to a T. Side bar: When I do my warm up and stretches I don't do kegels while stretching because I believe it gave me issues finishing peeing. (took way too long)
Anyway it occurred to me that I stopped taking 1 mg of L-Arginine as recommended by JonPop while making my way through Kingpole's routine. So my question.. Over the years have you guys had a positive results using L-Arginine and have you experienced any side effects thus far? Any recommendations on use of L-Arginine and or general excercise/routine/supplement advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, I use LA. I used to take it in pill form and now take it as an ingredient in a protein powder I use. Your best source for info are clinical oriented sites on the Internet. LA is well researched and has numerous benefits as well as side effects - you'll find lots of good info. The key is to take the amount needed depending on your diet and supplement with complementary amino acids, either through diet or supplementation.

11/2020: BPEL 7.5”, EG 6.0”, BPFL 5.7”, FG 5.0"

I have taken L-arginine (about 4 grs,) fairly regularly for years. I have ED, but l-arginine always increases my engorgement. I never suffered any side effects.

L-Arginine is like any other supplement, too much isn't good or helpful. But the l arginine always seems to give me a fatyer flaccid hang and it improves my EQ
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I use it at 700mg capsules. Take 4 caps twice daily. Mostly I just take 4 caps daily.
It helps in other ways... noticed that my body definition looks like I workout and that's cool. I've been taking it for quite some years... I think since 2015.
In terms of eq... it's very good.
