Ruler stretch questions
I read here that this ruler stretch should be done once every one to two weeks.
I thought I'd add that to my stretching routine. It really feels like my dick is getting a good stretch at the base. No fatigue after so far.
I stretch down for a minute and half per hand,
Then upward with the mandingo stretch for 3 minutes per hand,
Then ruler stretch for a minute per hand,
Then S2S stretching as many as possible.
Repeat twice per session.
My ruler stretch method:
I place base of ruler at my base or bp. Then I stretch straight out. I sit at the edge of my seat and wedge the top end of the ruler between my base and the wall. This pressure pushes into my base really good and I can stretch out really well and hold that stretch for a minute or little more.
My penis hangs really long when I'm done. 5.6/8ths of an inch to 6".
I also measure my bpfsl this way, and currently it's 18.5cm.
I would appreciate advice from BigAl if possible. But anyone is welcome.

The Ruler Stretch may be performed more frequently IF the trainee is advanced enough and.or if more standard stretches fail to yield results.
I recommend performing the Ruler Stretch in 20 second bursts- building in tension as the stretch progresses.
Be sure to cushion the base where the ruler is sitting if it's a hard one.

I do it for a minute at a time.
What I noticed with this stretch is that it helps to stretch further than the tug limit. Once you pull to the limit of the tug, the ruler presses the base and allows me to stretch out a little more past the limit of the tug.
CAUTION
It is NOT for beginners though. You really feel the tear/stretch at the base and elongates the flaccid a lot. So to anyone reading.. be very careful and progress slowly.
