I mean, are inconsistencies regarding the time of the exercises essential? I'm doing a 5 days on 2 days off routine, but sometimes I skip a day from these five (usually done at 2 am or so) and do it at like 5 pm, and then I do the rightful day on 2 am again. Can such variations affect gains adversely, or is it unessential, as long as the exercises are performed after all?

I think I would be more worried about over-doing it by doing 5 days in a row, unless you are splitting up jelqing and stretching into separate days.
I have thought "long and hard" (pun not necessarily intended) about this too, and I think your concern is nothing to worry about, just be consistent and don't overdo it, or underdo it.

Ok. I should have done my 5th day on yesterday, but instead I'm gonna do it in a few moments, but treat this day as the 1st day off and resume the day after tomorrow normally.
I like making my wee wee larger

I am not bound by the Temporal accord, and frequently go back and alter the Temporal Time line so that the outcome is more suitable to my plans. In between my incursions into the past, I find two days rest period works better for me.
