There seems to be a consensus among some that pumps and such cannot make your penis permanently bigger. I noticed that retailers specifically say on their Penis pumps that they do NOT increase your size permanently. This also seems to be the consensus of medical experts. Both of these groups should know how these devices work surely? Yet this is in opposition to the PE community obviously, and people's personal accounts. I realize the intended use of pumps may not be PE, and you have to pursue it in a certain way to see permanent growth, but they seem to imply that they do not work that way period. I'm curious if there is a good explanation for these conflicting views?

I've always found pumping as a good supplement to PE. It really helps get that extra 10% towards a good workout. I personally gained .25" girth from pumping alone using a bathmate in just a couple months following a pumping routine. However, there are so many other ways that are more effective and much cheaper. The pump is great for the temporary girth, even better if you wondering if she would like the extra girth because it lets you temporarily test the water.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

I gained 1/2 of an inch doing a manual stretching and pumping routine, 1/4 came fairly quick, the second took a while but I did nothing else for girth.

Well, I'm assuming pumps and such includes everything from headstands to extenders. Results from extenders have a pretty solid basis in science by now. And if you regularly use a pump a few weeks before your visit to the urological surgeon, the surgeon will consider your dick more manageable. The subsequent has been shown in a few studies, and should reasonably be considered as proof of structural changes. There are multiple studies showing gains from pumping, but they mainly focus on Peyronie's, size preservation in relation to penile prosthesis insertion, prostate operation rehabilitation and so on. My personal conclusion is that pumping will promote tissue repair due to nitric oxide synthase, smooth muscle activation and so on, which may or may not result in growth. But remember that growth and changes may occur even though they aren't apparent, and they may lay the foundation for future apparent growth.Last edited by Largo LaGrande; 12-16-2020, 11:14 AM.

Was hoping that as a start at least I could stick to pumping so there is not too much to get into at once, and still see some progress to get motivated and committed.

Over five or six years of fairly aggressive daily pumping, I gained over 1” of permanent girth. I started with a 1.5” diameter cylinder which took more than a year before I started packing it. I then had to move up to a 1.75” cylinder, followed by a need to upgrade to a 2” cylinder, and most recently to a 2.25” cylinder.
I recently tried to use my original 1.5” cylinder, but found it difficult to fit in my glans and too painful to suck in my well lubricated shaft. Accordingly, there is no way a doc is going to convince me my girth hasn’t increased. I have gained about 0.8 inch in length and 0.4 inch in girth in first 3 months by stretching, jelqing and bathmate and have continued PE (I love it) for 3.5 years now. The gains have become much slower, past 3 years about 0.3 inch and 0.2 girth while I have added so much such as bundle stretch, lots of edging, pumping )electric and BM) and clamping, jelqing and now wearing stealth for most of the day after workout. I also watch porn the whole session and at 10/10 EQ the whole time.
In summary, just like working out, some gain more and early gains Are much easier. Overall have gained 1.2 in length (5.5 to 6.7) and about 0.6 on girth (MEG 4.5 to 5.1). Cone shaped and BEG is 5.5 inch and TEG is 4.7 (I also measure with circle sheets for geometry where it has all circle sizes and it has 1.5, 1.625, 1.75 inch and TEG is exactly same diameter as 1.5 cir and MEG is 1.625 and BEG is 1.75). I also get expansion after pumping and clamping and usually use bathmate for 8 min Little before sex.Started 7/15/2017
