    With definite dogmatic routine there's a high chance you do too much or not enough for a long time. Certainly to increase the size of the penis you have to push the boundaries constantly. The hardest thing with PE is to find the right window of time intensity and rest which differes from person and day..

    I知 a fan of planning/routine but also listening to my body and acting accordingly. Random freestyling would work at the beginning maybe but I already gained 1.2 inches and want to break my plaeteu. I will definitely not get there with freestyling😃

    And the last part is very true. Thank you very much for your input!

    Anybody else got some tips or constructive criticism? Yeah you reading this! I you gained 1.5 inches or more then you can definitely help.
    Oh and also you over there, yeah you that broke a long lasting plaeuteu you can help me too!

    My advice is to keep it simple and just do the Advanced Jelq-Free routine. Side to side stretches have been my go to when not using and extender. Squeezes are really good for girth. The key to the stretches is working yourself up to enough reps so that you are hitting fatigue and kinda feeling it the next day. That's why the routine doesn't recommend doing it every day. I topped out at around 1000 and stuck with that. You can basically knock them out while watching a short video on YouTube.

    Is that the only thing you did to make those gains/ what contributed to it the most or got you out a plaeteu? Advanced jelq-free routine doing 1000 side to side stretches?

    I know I知 asking a lot..
    I知 just trying to figure out what痴 the best way to train for advanced pegym bros that reached a plaeteu after gaining more than an Inch and I知 kinda seeing a scheme here now.

    But I need confirmation or more data if you will lol.
    After 1 inch gain or more comes a plaeteu, people increase the intensity (like me and many others) but still are stuck.. Then finally take advice and take a longer time off/ a healing break. Come back, keep it simple, do intense manuel stretching but less volume/time 2 days on 1 off for example but all of a sudden make gains again with less totall time spent...

    I知 basically going sherlock homes mode crazy, I just dont want waste my time and effort doing less and not growing. Just want to attack this with the best of my abilities and with good plan.

    You can only gain some milimeters per year after these gains. How many people gained 1.5 inches (after already having 100% hard erections when starting)? ~10?

    There's no physical "plateau". There's only a threshold of hitting the plastic deformation without creating injury.

    That means a lot more time and work to invest. Whatever you did to gain you need to do more or switch it up to gain some more. You will never gain as fast as the first gains.
