I’ll keep it short but will anwser in depth if needed.
Started PE in Ocotober 2018 and went from 6.7in/17cm to 7.9/20cm BPEL & 0.3cm in girth 6.5 to 6.6.
I’ve had a long plaeteu which I tried to break with an extender, hanging while applying heat with a mineral lamp, doing fulcrum hanging & pumping but nothing seemed to work (yes progressive overload was applied)
I then took a 2.5 month decon break and am basically now trying to reach my desired length & girth goals of 8.5 x 7 focusing on length first tho.
I try to keep it as simple and effective as possible this time without doing too much so that I can increase my intensity if needed but slowly which is why I started back up with the phallosan forte belt december 31sr 2020 aiming for 4-6h and jelqing (had the best success doing this in the beginning gained 1.5cm in 4-6 months)
What tips can you give me guys give on the way?
What has helped you guys the most to achieve length gains after a long plaeteu and decon break?
Is it even possibile to go from 6.7 to 8.5?
What do you guys think about the TCG theory?
I seem to fit in there pretty much, so I try to avoid
girth work for now till I achieve my length goal.
I always got blisters with vaccum hanging, even bough the Lg hanger which only set me back, which is why I try to avoid hanging for now.

A couple of things:
Consistency is key. Guys who stick with it make gains.
Being careful is more important, as injuries are bad.
Approach the process holistically. Consider your diet, overall health, fitness, etc.
After a plateau I take a "healing break" ( I disagree with the idea of "decon"). Then go back to basics.
I think so, I started at 7 and gained 2 inches.

Since I started this journey I had a few healing breaks here and there but never over 2 weeks. So I hope this very long healing break will reward me in the future. And going back to basics, yeah that’s exactly what I’m doing if you could call it that.
I went back to what initially got me gains the fastest.
So im right on the money hopefully. 🤩
What length exercises did you do to achieve your gains of 2 inches? Like what has worked for you?
I know it might will not work for me but I’ll atleast try and find out for myself. 😁

The clearest path is to use an extender everyday and max out on time and then on intensity.
combined with doing manual stretches into the directions the extender doesn`t hit and "filling in" the expansion created at the end of the day by edging/pumping)
While always having some sort of challenge to the tissue while never getting cold(which means re-strapping). That could be using fulcrums in the extender and switching up the intensity through the day. Trying to get it longer without injury. Always trying getting a bit more stretch being flexible and inventive.
Though it takes a lot of time and observing and then adjusting. I did it all day everyday 4-16 hours for months and gained 1+ inch length. PITA lol
Never used a vac extender but a normal one where you can adjust the length of it. Takes a lot of tinkering with the wrapping glans. You can use a rod extender maybe at most 1 hour effectively before you have to massage and restrap. If you can use it longer without re-massaing you might not use it at enough intensity/stretch.

Yes, EQ has improved quickly after my break even tho it’s always has been good, but I noticed it right away.

Doing stretching where the extender doesn’t hit is a very good point! The phallosan forte belt stretches the sides so im gonna add stretches straight out, up & down to my routine, thank you!
And yeah it takes a lot of time which is true and probably why It was best for me to switch back to the phallosan. I can wear it while at work, grocery shopping, doing daily tasks etc. Which I really prefer instead of hanging and stretching with the x4 extender or phallosan extender where I pretty much have to be stuck at home... It’s so time consuming and I pretty much can’t do anything else and don’t enjoy doing anything else with those extenders on (I was really pushing the intensity back then).
I do ok & v jelgs & edge after my wearing time
So basically:
Straight out, down & up stretches 2m each
Bundled stretch 5x 90sec
A stretch 5x 30-45 sec
Phallosan belt 4-6h minimum + more if possibile
200 Jelq & 200 backwards jelqs for base girth
+ edging a bit
How does that look?
Maybe use the mineral lamp to heat up before stretching?
Any Ideas to how I should increase my intensity/ time under tension?
Maybe start with 10m totall manuell stretch time and add 3m each week?
