I've been a lurker for awhile now. I've been PE'ing for over a year and haven't seen any gains past the first few months. I gained .5 inches pretty quickly (3 mo?) and since the gains have stopped. I've tried to be consistent - anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week. Not to make excuses, but life circumstances make it difficult to set a regular time on a daily basis (some might argue it's all a matter of priorities and I don't have a good response).
My routine is generally 10 to 15 minutes of stretching and 10 to 15 minutes of jelq, along with 5 to 10 minutes of manual clamping . I've tried taking decon breaks for several weeks at a time without progress. I also am a definite "shower," turtling rather regularly (I don't think it's from overworking since I should be well conditioned by now). I'm thinking about taking another break and moving to hanging. I can't really afford a bib and the sock hanger hasn't worked for me. I suppose I'll fashion something form the hardware store (with safety in mind, of course).
Anyhow, I know this is a tired question as I've been reading the forum and have researched... but if anyone might have some words of wisdom, pointers, ideas, or anything that might help me progress a bit, that would be appreciated. Also, if anyone has more feedback about What-A-Grip, it would be appreciated.
I believe PE works and have faith that things will fall into place. The most motivating success are from those who spend several years, but end up reaching their goals. PE is a long term journey and I'm willing to be patient, but would like to see some progress. I also don't want to get too obsessed either; I'm have a middle of the road size and would rather not let my self esteem suffer.

Have you taken a break recently? Id suggest a break of a week or two then start up on Jps 90 day anf follow it to the end then see if you've gained, then take another break and repeat another begginers routine. This is what im doing and I fell like im making much better progress.
Also, do you take supplements at all? some supplements will aid in PE, not directly giveing you gains but they can help the blood flow and healing and all that.
I also noticed you didn't state if you warm up and down, do you do this? warm up's ar crucial in my oppinion to making gains also warming down is very important.Nov 22 2011 BPEL- 7.25'' Girth 5.1''

There could be a plethora of reasons for why you're not gaining. How are your PI's (Physiological Indicators)? Is your EQ good or bad? Do you have Morning Wood still? Etc. When did you add the manual clamping to your routine? Was it before or after you realized you weren't gaining?
I'm not a fan of taking decon breaks. But if you have negative PI's (Decrease in EQ, Decrease in Night wood, or general discomfort/pain in your penis etc), I would decrease the intensity (not necessarily repetitions) of your workouts or take a day or 2 off. You could be over doing things.
