  • Stretched length a little longer than erect!

Should I start incorporating more exercises on the tunica? I'm about 3 weeks into JP's routine. Is it too early? I've got many postive PI's. Also what exercises would you big boys suggest? Thanks a lot.

Dude - you even said you got a ton of P.I.'s... like LOL said, complete JP's 90 day routine and then assess yourself.

Well, if it makes you feel better, his 90 day routine is heavily jelq (AKA Girth) oriented, which supposedly bridges the gap between bpfsl and bpel. So def continue with what you're doing.

Don't change anything till you have completed the 90 days routine.

If you are still gaining after the 90 days stick to the program.

Guys, this is a stupid question but where IS JP's routine? I have seen countless people reference it but I don't know where it is.
