Hi all, newbie here but read a lot around the forum,have few questions
1.which one would you recommend for uncircumsized penis : dry jelq or wet jelq?
2.if i use one hand(wont be moving it at all) to hold the skin back at the base and the other hand to do the jelq, would that be effective?
3.are kingpole's lambda and V jelq combination yielding results? havent found any people from the test group he did,i noticed his jelqs were like 5-10 seconds which sounds like time under tension people use in bodybuilding which gives amazing results.but he also said OK grip jelqs are fine if i remember correctly, so were his jelqs successful only because prolonged time?thoughts
4.could someone explain helicopter shakes, is it just grab at the base and spin the penis around or is it a slow ligament stretch.
5. when i grab my penis for directional stretches,where should the strech be felt for best results and how hard should we grip?
A lot of questions i know, but people here seem to be helpful so i hope for the best

1: Dry jelq is not really meant for beginners, so I would do wet. I personally prefer dry jelqs though because I actually get nice and thick after a workout

3: i have no idea on this one
4: It's exactly how you said it. I give the base a squeeze while I do it as well. I feel like I get a better stretch when I'm like 20-30% erect. Nice chub
