    Hey gents,

    So I tried PE for 8 months the other year. Gained about half an inch in length but no girth. My size is 6x4.5 for those who are wondering.

    I'm starting PE back up again this year as I really need that extra half inch of girth just for the sake of my mental health.

    Not sure if anyone here has had a similar experience and apologies if this is TMI but back in 2019 my girlfriend broke up with me on account of my size and a girl who I had hooked up with a couple times at my Uni decided to tell as many people as physically possible that I have a small penis to the point that I am now known as that little dick guy.

    My confidence is in pieces so I really want to make sure I get the routine right this time.

    My routine;

    Clamp 10 minutes, rest 5min, repeat 3x. Perform every other day and then up to daily over time.

    I'm fairly certain that this is fine but if you lads have any advice or adjustments that I can make then it would be appreciated.

    3 months of jelqing (I can't remember the exact reps but it was about 200-300 I think). I dropped jelqing and switched to squeezes (worked up to 50 reps of 5 second holds) and clamping (worked up to a 20 minute clamp after the squeezes) every other day as daily effected my erection quality. There were other exercises that I incorporated as I was getting desperate but I can't remember the names. I kept this up for almost 5 months before calling it quits. All this didn't even gain me so much as a 0.1inch of girth.

    For me clamping with jelqs (and v-jelqs) is a great combination. I do 10 minutes clamping, then jelqing, then clamping again... until I do 3 times each.

    Also, a lot of people seem to have girth gains with extenders. If you have the money and privacy perhaps you should give them a go.

    I used an extender for 6 months. Did alright in the length department but got absolutely no girth gains.

    Hey AnonymousBIG,

    I can't say if your clamping routine will work.


    Sadly, I haven't seen any girth gains from clamping.

    I only know with 100% certainty all my girth gains over the years came from bathmate.

    I can only give you the experience I've had.

    Started with jelqing, worked my way up to 30/40 min jelqing sessions, and had great length gains. 1,5-2cm in roughly 7 months. But even though I also did squeezes, as well as v-jelqs, i saw 0 gains in girth.

    After those initial 7 months, i switched to an almost exclusive pump- only routine with some jelqing here and there.
    And even with this solely girth focused routine, it still took over a year to see measurable girth gains that weren't a post pump measurement.
    Keep in mind, for the longest time, if with the pump there was no mesurable expansion afterwards. That alone took around 7 -9 months.

    In the end it took around 1 year of pumping with almost no noticeable progress to gain barely 1cm. Depending on the day its even less.

    I also started super slim though, being barely 10,2/4.0 inches in MSEG in peak girth when I startet PE.

    PE is consistency and dedication above everything else.

    Current: (1. January 2021)

    BPEL:16cm / 6.3 in (+1cm/0.4in)
    MSEG: ~10,9cm / ~4.3 in (+ ~0,7cm/~0.3in)

    Only consistency and dedication will get you to your goals.

    Hey AnonymousBig,

    Welcome to the Gym. I donīt really have any advice to give you to gain girth, since I havenīt really made much progress on this myself. But I will tell you that staying consistent and safe is THE most important thing to do, to reach your goals. A progress log will also help greatly.

    It saddens me to hear that you had such horrible experiences with these girls. I am sorry to say but these are small-minded, spiteful people full of complex and resentment, most likely projecting their feelings from their own shortcomings. Never ever convince yourself that you have a small penis! Having a penis is not only a physical characteristic but also an emotional, a sexual. There is so much more to a penis than just size. And in your case, not even statistics can show that you are small!

    Perhaps this is an ideal opportunity to expel all these toxic people, form more meaningful relationships and work on yourself exactly how you and only YOU see fit.
