So when we are doing high intensity manual stretching Left and Right directions is the most dangerous for Lig pops.( most of lig pops have happened by this)
Also when we stretch with high intensity SD and BTC we are also straining the ligs a lot and we also see injuries with this angle.
When we stretch Upwards with high intensity we are straning the PF and this also not good.

What if we ONLY stretch SO and we isolate-hit the angles by a fulcrum?
Would this be the best option for avoiding injuries?
