Been meaning to post this for a few weeks.
Historically the only visible PIs I've achieved when manually stretching were a few burst capillaries generally when doing clamped squeezes while edging. A few months back I got my first air pump and started using it with my workouts.
At first when I used it I didn't notice any noticeable PIs but after using it for the same duration same amount of pressure over the course of a week (about 4-5x a week for 15 mins per session) I saw an exponential increase in amount of burst capillaries. At first it was just a handful but what I observe is by the end of my workout week (Friday) it's close to a 'spiderweb' appearance of burst capillaries all around my shaft up and down. These all heal and go away after 24-48 hours but would be concerning to say my wife if she happened to get a good view of my penis on Friday.
Just thought I'd mention it, anyone have similar experiences with air pumps?Start: 01/2020 - BPEL - 6 1/2" EG - 5 7/8"

Can't say I have any experience with these from air pumping as I have never touched one. But I do get quite a lot of them when I do manual girth work. Disappear within 24-48 hours as you say. I think they look fitting beside my other huge veins, lol
