  • Great gains but poorer erections

    Hey guys!

    I've been extending for a while now and i am having great gains, i was jelqing as well but i got lazy, the first weeks of PE got me much better erections, like rock hard ones i couldn't bend not even a little my penis, but after i started to gain my erections got a little bendy, they are still great but not as good as in the beginning.

    Do you guys think its because my smooth muscle is not keeping up ? If so, will just jelqing and ULIs help?

    I had an overactive pf so i did A LOT of rk and reverse root locks, now its great but i was thinking that maybe i did too much and that might be the reason for my poorer erections, i am doing MMO training so if rks were the problem this will be fixed soon, but if it is the smooth muscle, is the training above enough?

    I should add that i was a regular porn user, i got a flatline, penis wouldn't even move but i think i am out of it now since i can easily get aroused.
    Day 44 of noporn . I dont think this is the reason for my poorer erections.

    It could be the rk in which case the kegels you are doing for mmo should cure the issue

      If you feel your pelvic floor is now balanced look into pelvic floor breathing, it should help get you back that EQ without reverting back to an imbalance.

        EQ should be improving as your training progresses. It could be a recovery issue, but if your stamina is sub-par then you should be doing something in your training to address this.

          I will be taking a deconditioning break of one/two weeks since i am approaching 90 days of PE. If it is a recovery issue it should be fixed by then, if it is not, then i blame on the rks.
