1. What attributes to the best possible cs expansion? Eq , pelvic floor balance etc ...
When i reverse kegel i do fill up more .
2 . Is a curve a limiting factor ?
Past meg my cs becomes much more prominent, gaining .75 inches in girth more near the base .
3. The exercises that expand/create growth to the cs dont make sense doing until you can achieve your current max expansion, right ?
Any insight would be appreciated. Ive exhausted all other options of growth , so this is my final frontier.
All i do currently is edging ponr hard kegels , and plateau edging with reverse kegels working on balancing both.
