Thread: Need help starting out

Hello,
After completely on accident stumbling on this amazing forum and reading into your experiences and thoughts about PE I decided to give It a go. I want to do it mainly for my own self confidence and what it will do on the way I carry myself through life.
I have been promiscuous through my life and never had a dissatisfied partner as far as I know. But right now I have a girlfriend who seems more then satisfied with my size especially since she can finish on top of me completely from piv sex.
I'm around 6 inches and I have no idea about girth but would love if I could get a bit of both.
My main issue is what's the best way to approach this.
I ordered the Phallosam Forte and the extender add on, next month I'm planing on ordering Bathmate Hydromax and my plan is to use the extender at least 5h to 10h every day and Bathmate when I shower for 10minutes also every day, also I want to do 3 times(each time for 2 minutes) a day kegels with reversed kegels (I have an app which counts when to hold usually around 10sec and release for 2 sec and the release phase will be my reverse kegel). Days off are around 2 to 3 days a week, because of my job and life days off will shift and my workout days will shift but I understand that rest days are also important if not more important than the PE exercises.
My EQ is really bad I can't really keep the pace with my gf for long since after 8 thrusts in I have to stop not to blow(that's mostly from the emotional connection I have with her and how much we are connected during the act) she finishes on top since I put on a condom when she gets on top of me and I'm done after 5 pumps and she continues for 40 sec and she is done too( would love if I could atlast her without cumming, she is the type where she cums once and she is done). I'm using multivitamins but thinking of adding l. Arginine to the mix just for the extra blood flow.
Would love to hear from you the best way to approach this with those two devices, kegels and the supliments.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

You might consider/read, stuff that pertains to getting your penis and you, in shape for more strenuous workouts.
This getting in shape, is to prevent you from self injury. Yup, you can actually do too much, and tire your penis out.
Nothing wrong with getting it, in shape.

Welcome to the Gym Scribbles.
The "START HERE" section Not2big mentioned is a great place to start.
I'd recommend one of the starter routines before you get carried away with all the gadgets.
Better to start slow and work your way up.
Always better safe than sorry.

If your EQ is poor, it would be a good idea for you to focus on it for awhile until you achieve a more satisfactory level. This will ensure any enlargement regimens you undertake afterwards will be much more productive.

By researching a bit more I came to a conclusion that my EQ is a problem with my pelvic floor being too tight so I will be working on 60% reverse kegels and 40% kegles and after a while I will switch to 50/50.
I would rather skip the exercises by hand if I can and go straight to using Forte and bathmate because my life is really busy and I don't feel like I would stick to them if I do it without the gadgets and if I can get Forte with the add on while sleeping and bathmate when I'm showering I can make another improvement in my life with all the other stuff I got going on 😊. Can the Phallosam Forte and Bathmate Hydromax pro be a good replacement for jelqing and all the other exercises? Mainly looking to improve my EQ, length and girth if I get 1 cm I'm happy.
I am in no shape or form looking to go really hard with those gadgets my main issue is time which I don't have to workout by hand, I'm going to take it slowly and easy with them.
Concerning supliments what are your opinions on moca?
I always did 2-3 measurements...
