Well I am finally in a situation to start training again and I want to make the most of it. I have lost over 50lbs on the last 5 months just by changing my diet. This week (1/25/2021) I started a 90 day workout routine (p90x3) along with the jp90 program to recondition. I plan to advance from here and maybe incorporate some other techniques as time progresses like hanging, pumping, & clamping; but this will be the foundation. I do stretch & massage my guy every day so it always stays semi-conditioned and am familiar with how to progress in pe.
I do however have some specific issues I would like to address this go around that I have never fully solved.
- excessive precum at low to no arousal
- involuntary kegels
- a balanced PF
- decrease refraction time
I have read and read and read about pelvic floor routines and up getting information constipation, that usually leads me to only focusing on the gaining inches side of pe. I have always been scared to train kegels because my involuntaries are so strong.
My main focus is solving this precum & involuntary kegels. I know my body isnt functioning properly in this area. It's like my subconscious just opens the flood gates just by being next to a woman. I don't mind a little, but it will soak through my clothes. It's really bad. I think it may be due to an imbalanced pelvic floor. It all started around the age of 20 when I got really into porn and the precum hasnt subsided in 19 years. Lol. Never had this before then.
Anyways, I have been off of porn for about 2 months and have no desire to watch it anymore. I am still losing weight and trying to get in the best shape of my life and I want to make sure the little guy keeps pace with my overall goals.
How do I know how to tell how to train my pelvic floor? Is it loose or tight? Also something that I wonder if matters, when doing pullups I feel like I could orgasim/cum if I try to do a few more at muscle failure.
Really excited to get my full body working in harmony.

STF,
First off congratulations on losing the weight, 50lbs in 5 months is impressive!
As far as your questions. I believe it’s the involuntary kegels that are causing the pre-cum. For me, I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor. Tons of kegels every other day as well as errect kegels during my morning routine. I feel that they are WAY more effective than just regular kegels.
Incorporate Hindi squats into your gym routine and this will help balance your pelvic floor. Also keep up the RK’s.
My guess would be that the long refractory period is caused by a lack of cardio. So it sounds like you’re well on your way to solving that. Keep working on your overall health and the rest should take care of itself.
Keep up the good work

BS, thank you for the response.
I am very pleased with the weight loss and feel it will stick since it was all from diet change and no exercise.
Yea my involuntary kegels are way out of control. Just reading stuff here on the gym will trigger them. Lol. I was scared that kegels would make them worse so I never trained them.BPEL: 5.25,5.5,5.75,6.0,6.25,6.5,6.75,7.0,7.25,7.5,7.75,8.0"+

Don’t call it a diet though, that implies a time frame, you just changed your eating habits, that’s a lifestyle change 👍🏼
And can last forever.
If you want to check the strength of your pelvic floor try holding an erect kegel, see how long you can hold it at full attention without a dip. I bet you’re around 10 seconds. IMO you should be able to hold it full on for at least 20. It seems a little counter intuitive but you will notice a difference in a couple weeks if you commit to a good kegel routine.
There’s tons of edging and concentration exercises on the forum to help with involuntary kegels. Just search em outStarting 1/20/17
