For those who have done long-term pumping or bottling regiments, did your corpus spongiosum get much larger at first & then did the rest of your penis "catch up?"
Logically most of the growth should come from CC growth, not CS growth, but...
I've been bottling (basically light pumping for duration) for about a month (and ~3 weeks more before a 1 month break) a& my CS has noticeably increased.
Is this a potential PI for growth? Curious to know if others have also experienced this.

Hi, why do you use a bottle? I don't know how you use it.
Why not just use a regular pump with gauge? So you can track your intensity..BPEL: 5,9 EG: 4,8
BPFL: 3,6 FG: 3,75

The vacuum draws in additional blood into both chambers so I would say they both contribute equally to girth gains

Basically DIY pumping at very low pressures. Didn't realize it wasn't a common term, my fault.
Currently focusing on long durations at a very low intensity + the method is the same as expensive pumps.
Is that what you saw from personal experience? I say that because for me the CS is increasing much more than the CCs so wanted to know what others experienced.

Anecdotally, I have recently been pumping much more intensely (with a gauged air pump) and doing much harder erect squeezes and have caused my first regular edema post workout. The location of the edema would seem to suggest the CS area about 1" under the glans and on the bottom of the penis is most affected, which would lead me to believe this area is getting the most worked out from pumps and erect squeezes.
