Hello all.
I have been consistently doing side to side stretches as they have seemed to be working for me for eq, and length. I do 100-150 every other day. Attributing girth “gains” I’m seeing to eq.
Thinking about prepping for girth routine soon. However I have previous injuries from bathmate on my left testicle, and what I’m assuming is some kind of ligament strain on my left side as from stretching while standing with my legs wide. These injuries have only lessened and seem like they will never fully recover. So I started back on my journey with the light side to side stretches.
are there any girth exercises I can do besides vjelqs and squeezes and holds as they sometimes irritate my injuries. Thanks in advance for any insight.

How long ago did you pick up this injury? I mean there are other things you could do for girth, like a cockring like I've been trying to include recently - but I don't know if that on its own would be sufficient.
But more importantly, depending on how old the injury is, are you sure you're healed or as healed as you're going to be? If it hurts to do V-jelqs or squeezes, and obviously if bathmate caused it you wouldn't use bathmate I assume, maybe you should still be resting it?
Most girth exercises I'm aware of are going to involve some sort of pressure to the penis - squeezes, jelqs, cockring, bathmate all just different ways of generating pressure.
If something like a basic example of that like squeezes hurts, id be wary of trying anything of the type, maybe you need more time to heal the injury?'Things are only impossible until they're not'

Thanks for responding! Ive rested for 2 years and it seems to have a mind of its own. Some days not doing anything irritates it, some days mild exercise and ejaculation helps make it better. I cant make sense of it. Ive did some due diligence and incorporated flacid bends. No pain, waiting a few months to see any major changes.

Most of the traditional girth movements are similar to Squeezes and jelqs. Clamping or ring wear might produce the same types of issues.
You might want to look into low pressure pumping.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE

Thanks Big Al!
Ive been injured from a bathmate before due to how high my testicles sit. Is low pressure pumping a technique that is different from just an alternative way of using the bathmate?

A former member here used to recommend a dog collar around the sack to keep the testicles from getting sucked into the pump. Maybe look into air pumps like Leluv or similar and make sure to use the correct size cylinder.
Have you been to a doctor to see what the issue is?

I, too, injured my left testicle while using a bathmate. I have retractable testicles which usually isn't a problem but it means they can raise up pretty high. I had to do a lot of stretches that target the lower abdominals down through the pelvic floor. I hope it won't return.
