  • Edge with a cock ring

    So for a couple years I have been edging with a cock ring on my shaft. Usually start with a 5 min streach session, then I'll edge for 30 to 60 min.
    I will let the erection lessen, do a few light stretches and massage it then edge some more.
    I have followed up with a 5 to 10 min pump just to get max expansion. I will do just a pump session on days I break from edging.
    I have gained 1"of overall even girth with amazing veins with this routine. Problem is I cannot cement any lenght gains.
    As soon as I take a 2 week break I lose all lenght.
    I also do alot of kegels and reverse kegels, have amazing EQ and can have MMO's so I really cant complain.
    So my question is, has anyone done a similar routine and what has been done to cement lenght?

    Firstly caution with this it has injury potential if you don't have the condition for it .

    Yes there have been guys onsite who have done this they also got good results .

    The variables that cause growth with edging are not fully understood . Thus I made this thread that guys can post to so as to gather info . There may be something on there that helps you.

      I forgot to mention that for the past 3 years that I have wore a cock ring on my shaft all night. Only a few nights a week btw. I have worked up in size over the years and always wear a size that wont hurt if I have a prolonged night
      Erection. As soon as it feels uncomfortable at night I move up a size. Even if it moves up the shaft while sleeping it keeps you erect. I'll even move it back towards the base if I wake up.

      I only use rubber o rings from the hardware store and the thicker diameter the rubber the less pain if I have an erection for a long time.

      I know its risky to do this but I feel if you choose a safe size and are patient it helps increase girth. I have increased girth 3/4" to 6.75 In 3 years time and noticed bigger gains since i used a cock ring at night and edging with one.

        Do you edge with the same hardware o-rings ?

        I couldnt trust sleeping with one .

        Im definitely a hard gainer . I think i could gain length if i try . Im already a 8" so theres no point.

        Im after midshaft girth and really have gotten nowhere. Im focusing on eq and cs . Squeezes , ulis , e bends , and kegels.

          Yeah the same size ring. Something you can wear for an hour with no more than mild discomfort.
          I noticed if you can find thick rings you can use the same diameter ring but wear it longer without pain.

          I think you get more expansion if you wear the cock ring at night then do exercise in the morning.

            Mine slides about 1.5 iches from my base when i used it , im guessing this is normal?

            Probably should do this progressively adding time and watching eq like all other exercises.

              Yeah itll slide down but seems to hole erection still.

              I had to break for a bit last week. Had a decline in eq.

                I have been doing PE for 45 months and gains have really declined after the first three months . Gained about 1 inch length and 0.35 inch forth first three months and the last 3.5 years very minimal gains of 0.25 in length and 0.15 girth.

                I have always edged and done normal edging, cock ring edging, clamp edging and not gaining much. PST year during pandemic I usually bundle stretch wi electric heat for 20 min and then double clamp for 20 min I. Two sets of 10. Sometimes I pump and clamp edge back to back and sometimes I do
                So and use pump later at night before sex (all edging is with porn and 110% eq close to ponr with lots of IC work and rk’s (great with clamp).

                I usually measure before, during and after and usually measurements are the following for TEG: before 11.7 cm, during 12.6-11.7 and after 12.2-12.3 (similar results on Meg). This shows I always get expansion which lasts for at least 30 min to 1:30 hrs, but don’t see gains. I usually wear stealth for few hours as well and do some bundle stretch during the rest of the day and penis feels very stretchy and somehow I don’t gain.

                You are lucky to get inch of girth with minimal exercise.

                  IMO, if you're going to use a retainer ring for training you should use it every other session. This way, you'll keep a control baseline- and you'll also prevent yourself from becoming dependent on it.

                    Flaccid PE! Stretches, extending, hanging etc. (start low intensity and slow first)
                    Longitudinal tunica layer might not be impacted enough by the expansive exercises you do.

                    You might only reach lasting expansion/"plastic deformation" in the circumferential layer.
                    Length might only be in elastic expansion and recover from exercise to exercise.

                        Yes, thats the natural way of these structures to avoid us having wider than longer dicks which would've ended humanity long ago

                        The longitudinal layer only comes into play while being fully erect limiting the circum layer.
                        Bundles help to loosen the conections between both.
                        Lots of ways to implement this knowledge. For example when clamping:
                        ..you get more expansion circumfrential expansion when you clamp off a semi hard and then expand beyond the clamp instead of clamping off an erection.

                        I wrote an extensive post on this called "length work before girth work" or so maybe on TP. Weaken loosen length then immediately switch to girth exercise

                            I assume just the long periods of expansion caused the increase in girth and veins. Even after breaks from pe my girth stays so it must be working.

                            I tried other exercises and either didn't like doing them or didn't feel like I was making any gains.
                            I think I got lazy for awhile and switched to just edgesing and pumping and next thing I know I measured for the first time in 6 months and I finally made some GOOD gains so I just stuck with it.
                            I'd like to try my old routine along with my current one and get some lenght. I feel like my girth is sufficient but would like to get some lenght now.
                            Currently at 7.2 bpel. I'd be happy with 8 and maintain that.
