  • Targeting head and base growth?

    Hey guys,
    Does it make sense for me to stop what I'm currently doing (jelq-free squeezes) and target growth on the head and base? I see the middle part growing faster than the head and base. Will switching it up somehow allow for better recovery? Feel free to discuss/suggest or chime in.

      Hey incogneetoe, sorry for the late reply. I'm on my 4th run of Big Al's jelq-free routine and finishing week 5. Usually I would do one more week then rest 1 full week.
