I read that some members lost their earnings when they quit the exercises. is this true? Do I have to do these exercises for life

Just depends. There are "cementing" routines and there are maintenance routines. Usually you hve to maintain whatever gains you hcve made for a long period of time before they become "cemented". Even then, maintenance PE routine where you are having prolonged erections regularly might be required. I kept all my gains except the EQ gains, but a single jelqing session/edging session can take care of that for about a day or two.My WorkARTICLES:
