Been Hanging for abt 5 months almost 3 with the LG hanger.
I wrap it in a heating pad on high for 15 min before and keep the heating pad on for the whole 1 hour set and then I pump for about 3-5 sets of about 1 min at low pressure. Pump I have is cheap but getting a better one soon.
The pumping helps restore bloodflow, eliminates soreness, and I fee l like im able to pump to a slightly bigger size every time!
started at 6-6.2 in and now im consistantly measuring 6.5-6.8.
Any hangers out there I reccomend adding a few min pumping I think it really makes a difference

Also forgot to add:
1. I try to do 2x60 minute hanging sessions a day but somedays only have time for one. I have a 5 lb weight I start with and 3 0.5 lb sacks I add every 15 min or so and end at 6.5 lbs. I find adding weight while I go helps me warm up and get a better stretch.
2. The pump I have now has a 2.5 in diameter cylinder. My EG is 5.4 in. max. I was thinking if i get a cylinder thats 1.75 in diameter (about 5.5 circumference) I will be pressing against the sides and this will force it to grow longer instead of wider. my hanging even more. I am only interested in length currently and I think this will compliment the hanging well.
Have any guys on here had success with Hanging + Narrow cylinder pumping after?

Sorry, i don't know answers to your guestions but that's awesome if you have gained with such little weigths
I'm not pumping currently since i managed to overtrain myself when i paired it with vacuum hanging.
It might be that near future you have to add more weigths. I have been hanging actively for few months now and i just went over 10lbs. That is where i really started to feel good stretch.
But i'm glad you can do it with less weigthsit's safer vs big weigths

I'm going to start creeping towards 7-8 pounds so I will keep you guys updated. I can see how pumping after hanging can result in overtraining, which is why I like doing very short sets just to restore bloodflow

It`s a great combo, "filling in" what you stretched out with the hanger prior.

I've never hung or pumped although I'm thinking maybe I should try it out at some point. I've just done stretches and later some extending over the course of a few years. I'm not sure if I've plateaued but the gains have been awfully slow.

Get 2.00 inch cylinder, 1.75 is toosmall for your girth.
