I'm a new member of PEGym but I do PE for nealy one year,from March of 2020 I start my PE journey and I've done JP90 and jelq free routine total ,but little gains recieved.I guess it is because of my self-control is too damn weak,I always watch porn and masterbate a lot in 2020.Maybe it caused my Pelvic floor muscle fatigu isuue or something else that I don't undestand yet?For the routine itself,I don't think I do anything wrong,I follow the instuctions and do warm up and warm down for 10 minutes and 5 minutes.Stretch is sometimes hard to do because masterbating really cause the loss of EQ,and my penis stayed really soft sometimes....Jelq exercise is easier to do but sometimes the loss of EQ makes me have to stimulate back to idealy 70-80% hardness so I can finish the rest,as those reasons ahead,it took a lot of time for everydays sessions as well,and I'm a little frustrated last year.But this year I plan to really make a change to myself and quit porn for good,so I signed up the PEGym and decide to record my schedule,communicate with others who has the same goals as well!Right now my EQ is fine as long as I quit porn and masterbating not that often,I'm really lucky didin't suffer any serious injurys on PE last year,so I think my condition is ok to get a fresh start this year!Question is I don't know how far my penis is going right now,is it already conditioned to move to more advanced routine after my pc muscle always fatigu.....If my penis is already good to go,what direction should I go next,If my penis is not really conditioned after all that happened last year,should I get a fresh start and do some newbie routines to recondition?I have faith and I don't mind to start from the beginning,all I want is to make my shots count,so any advice would be helpful and I'll be very grateful!English is not my first language,sorry for my grammer errors!

The 1st thing that you have to do as you already understand is to stop abusing your dick by masturbating a lot.
IF and WHEN you manage to do this then it would be a good idea to buy a quality penis extender and start slow and build up the volume and tension progressively.
Jelqing is not a good idea for you right now because it raises EQ and Libido and it can result in more masturbating.
In general people with your bad habit is good to start with a passive PE routine like extending because the more you touch your dick by doing manual training the more horny you ll be getting.
