  • Can you help me determine my BPEL retrospectively?

So I've been doing PE on and off (mostly off) for over 10 years.

The thing is, I never measured BPEL to begin with.

Right now I measure 7,1 inches NBPEL weighing around 83kg and an estimated body fat of around 13%.

When I started I measured 6,6 inches NBPEL weighing around 75kg at around 15-16% body fat.

Dear PE experts, is there any way to determine my "net" gains considering my weight and body changes?

Roughly an estimate would be helpful, too.

I'm a newb but the way I'd approach it is to measure NBPEL and BPEL right now. Figure out my fat pad and adjust by the ratio of weight change. Assuming your ratio of lean muscle mass to bf ratio is the same then you might be able to estimate BPEL. Then again if you primarily picked up lean muscle while your bf stayed the same then you'd have a lower bf percentage now yet your fat pad could have stayed the same.
