So I started with Bathmate and getting used to the phallosan for about 2 months, got a little bit of girth gains as I was consistently using the Bathmate but not the phallosan. I saw some people saying length is hard to get same time as girth and that it's better to go for length first(doesn't make sense to me but rather be safe then sorry) when I saw my girth immediately go up a bit when erect I completely switched my approach and went pretty hardcore into length which is/was the following and I'm wondering if it's too much or it's good.
I don't use the Bathmate at all and I use the phallosan plus 6-12 hours a day and then when I go to sleep I usually wear the regular phallosan for 6-9 hours. So most days I'm doing something for length 15h+ a day as it's 7 days a week. So in 3 months that would be about 1300+ hours so I feel like I should then have some good results? Then even better after another 3 months gain a little more by which point I will probably plateau and have to introduce a hanger, I was thinking the LG hanger at 2600+ hours... At least that's the plan.
I don't get pain from the phallosan but I only have it on the 'green' lights. BTW I don't think those lights mean everything. If I shift the belt I don't necessarily feel more pull but the lighting changes. Anyways, on the plus after some time there is a bit of pain but it goes away once I shift my penis to a different position and I just keep switching as it gets painful. Pretty sure the pain is from the base of the plus digging in, so not actually the penis stretch/penis itself.
Just wondering what you guys think/some critique on my plan? I'm basically going all out cause I'm at home most the time. I'm still getting boners and sometimes take the phallosan off like 6 hours into sleeping cause I'll get a boner and wake up.

I don’t think it’s too much. Length devices require tons of hours to log for gains.
I also wouldn’t shy away from bathmate during length. I know the old school guys say length first but I’ve not had any issues thus far. Girth is my favorite thing about PE so I guess I’ve got a little bias towards it. You can only get so long before your wife or gf starts not enjoying being poked in the cervix or you’re hanging out in the cold by an inch.Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
Current: 3/5/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.5
Long Term Goal: BPEL - 8, EG - 6

I feel exactly the same about girth too. Just I still haven't seen any erect length gains only flaccid so maybe it will be harder for me to get length

Yo, I wouldn’t expect anything from the phallosan at two months (Or the gains would be slight). Someone said it’s more about the duration in days then the total hours being clocked. I am about to hit 500 hours this week at over the 3 month mark (Took two weeks off) and I have definitely gained. Will measure and post but the one thing I noticed was the guys clocking in the insane amount of hours with the phallosan daily seemed to not gain a thing. Not sure why but I am always under the assumption that they have it on with too little tension. I cannot wear this thing for more than four hours straight at borderline green/yellow without having take it off, so when I hear guys clocking 12+ hours a day with it, part of me thinks the tension has been reduced to compensate.
Could be all theoretical nonsense though. I have decided to include jelqs into the mix as well and maybe use the phallosan extender again but tbh that feels like garbage and I stopped using that over a month ago.

Hm, my biggest gripe with the extender is no matter how far I extend the springs never go down to the next notch, so I can’t tell how much force I am using. It just pushes the base harder into me. Doesn’t help that the springs feel like they are getting stuck and don’t seem to glide, even when I am manually squeezing them. I might give it another go as I want add some downward stretching as the phallosan pulls more up.

I believe the force is just measured by how far the penis is to be extended. For example they say you should do 2 inches more then where your flaccid penis head is but I do more. I believe I have read some even say don't bother even trying unless its being stretched further than your erect length. I push the bars/springs down while stretching my penis to just barely make it on the stretcher. I much prefer this feeling then the Forte but I am also at home all day. So my routine is impossible for most people.
I also got some lg hanger sleeves recently and I don't know if it's in my head or these sleeves are actually making the forte/plus work better so I highly recommend those as replacement. The pf sleeves are unacceptably bad imo
Your motivation is great so...
Very disappointed and disheartened...
