I don't see how you would stretch for 2 hours consistently. Extender is passive and stretching is active, you'd have to put life on hold for those hours of stretching and it would be difficult to maintain. Maybe just do the JP90 routine consistently and extend when you can.

I work from home for more than a year now and I regularly held a light upward bundle stretch (around an hour or more)while working or reading my monitor (you can hold with one hand while very loose shorts). Sam exam be done with normal stretch specially to the sides). I usually do it while rk and sometimes in Hindi squat position with support.
