Thread: Intermediate Routines

I appreciate that we have a decent beginners routine (JP's 90 Day), but we do not appear to have a intermediate routine that members can follow.
Therefore, can I propose that we post in this thread our routines after JP's 90 Day one? It might be useful for those of you who are wondering "where do I go next".
I'll start off.
My current routine is as follows:
- 10 minute warm up
- 2 sets of 5 way (30 second holds)
- 5 A-Stretches (30 second holds)
- 5 BTC Stretches (30 second holds)
- 300 wet jelqs
- 60 V-Jelqs

Thanks Millia, but that less is more stuff doesn't work for me. I'm a more is more man for sureDon't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!
