I've seen some posts where people are doing their stretches with 30-50% erection levels. Is this serious? I'm almost sure I'd get hurt like this and I don't see the added benefit.
When I do manual stretches I'd say I'm about 0-10%. I can't imagine doing stretches with even a 30%.
Am I stretching incorrectly?

No, but it is just said that stretching at 0-30% erect is alright. I try and be 100% flaccid when I stretch.

100% flaccid all the way .... sometimes i do stretches when my EQ is around 15% - 20%.

Agree flaccid is the way to go.

Higher erection level stretches are advanced exercises and not for warming-up (as far as I know, maybe a very advanced exercise but I doubt it). For warm-up stretches, I do fully flaccid as the above posts suggest.
As an exercise, I do a minimal amount of 100% erection stretches in my present routine AFTER at least 100 jelqs or more, usually near the end of a workout. They are not for the beginner but they are great for further pumping the penis. I FEEL bigger doing them and fell pumped in my head especially. I know the temporary effect of these are very good but how they help permanent gains, in my case, will take a while to tell. I am 100% flaccid when I stretch. Always. Never have stretched with a semi-chub because I don't like how it feels. Since I stretch after jelqing and doing other things like that I give myself about 10 minutes for my penis to calm down and get to that flaccid state.
