Ive been trying PE for the past year but nothing has really worked for me. First I was over training, then later on I was under training. I completely stopped trying and became really lazy. I'm trying to get back into PE. I have faith in PE. I know it works, but I am having a lot of problems with it and it is not working with me. My goals are to gain length and girth. I've been trying to get back into workouts, but I don't even know where to start. I was thinking about doing newbie routines, but those never worked for me, and if I did, would my penis be too adapted for it? I'm trying to work out the smooth muscle and hope to gain girth and length (as well as a harder erection.) On the scale of 1-10 I can pull off a 7-8 on how hard I can get. I just want to get back in and accomplish what I original planned to start. I saw some gains when I first started, but I haven't seen any along the way. I never gained much tho. Anybody have some help or feedback that may help me? I'll answer any questions. your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It might pay for you to start fresh altogether. As you probably already know, there are several good beginner routines on here, but maybe you should invest in Aarons book Exercising the Penis - Penis Guide.
It will help put things in perspective for you, and maybe give you some more motivation towards PE.

Waylander has given you some great advice, stick to that and also just remember that consistency is the key.
Start JP's 90 day routine for now, and stick to it, without adding or subtracting for a few weeks, so that way you can see a good starting point for yourself and then gradually increase.
