  • What I found about edging

    I have been plagued with sensitive penis where most exercises would give slight nerve damage to my penis. So I gave up any kind of exercise to try increase size.

    Going on from last year I have been edging for over hour once or twice a week. What I realized is edging works if you put effort in for size and I think edging is very light exercise where even if your penis gets injured easily it will get your penis used to the abuse of PE.

    Now Iím using a new air pump I bought which before would have given me nerve damage and my penis is completely fine and Iím getting even faster results then purely edging.

    Iím tempted to try jelqing and stretching again to see if I will still get nerve damage or not but I think my penis is over that.

    I want to give a shout out to pump I bought from company sohimi. It has vagina onahole really good pressure and when you use onahole plus pump when you take it out my penis is so enlarged itís amazing. Itís super cheap only roughly 50$ and really intense suction.

    So what do you guys think should I just stick to what Iím doing or try edging and jelqing again. Iím kinda scared to try or not lol.

    My limiting factor is at 100% erect my tunica chokes my girth down a bit ( especially cs ) .

    In a years time of try different exercises ive gained nothing aside from temporary gain and a better control or feel of my penis.

    One of my favorite parts of my exercise is edging and Plateau edging. Practicing keeping my pelvic floor in a reverse kegal type state fills my cs increasing my girth 1/4" behind the glands and .7" meg .

    Im not quitting my squeezes or light 10-12 minute pumping, but im definitely focused on edging with a full cs .

    7.9x 5.7 is my best measurement as of now but not consistent enough to consider i my current size .

      Oh and time off drastically improves my eq and cs . Too bad i love my .... and its tough to not pe every day.

          I went from around 6.4 4.5 to around 7.1 length 5.5 girth.

              Wow those are some good gains. Especially for only edging 2x a week. Was the 1in gain in girth uniform across the whole shaft or pinpointed in certain areas. I gained 1in+ in my BEG 7+yrs ago and partly blame edging for that

                Edging increases size because for long period of time your at max possible state and penis gets used to size and gets bigger. Itís more for girth though since gained it 2x more then length. Itís whole shaft too.

                  Ive edged my whole life . Doesn't work for everyone. If it did mine would be an elephant trunk.

                    Have you tried getting really high on edibles while edging and watching long porno? I do that every session too.

                        Reading this, I want to add that stretching with my hands, for as hard as I can and as hard as is needed actually for bpfsl gains, I gained from the beginning, both length and girth. I don't think I had sensitivity issues more than I had EQ issues and weak PF symptoms.
                        My edging was probably at a level 2 or 3 out of 10 when I started PE, it was probably at a 2 for my whole life (bad masturbation habit, not being sure that exercising the penis with the hands and not during sex was actually a thing). I am probably now at a 6, or 7, and I do believe I get to an 8 or 9 with ed drugs such as sildenafil/tadalafil.
                        I had a bad edging and jelqing technique for more than 1 year and a half, I was only concentrating on PE time under tension, adding up hours of hanging and extending, and I STILL GAINED. I was almost always having good long lasting PIs after doing PE pretty much the wrong way. The only real thing that went wrong was taking care of my skin through the hole process, but it's not that bad.
                        What I want to say worked well for me is getting horny on PE itself (also stretching, it allows me to stretch with a higher intensity and not feel any discomfort). I never felt pain btw with any form of PE or edging.
                        I have been stepping my edging game up recently, pretty much my 3rd year of doing PE after gaining 1"bpel and 1" + base girth, 0,5"-1" shaft girth. Streching, hanging, extending, jelqing, pumping, clamping, all mixed with edging, but like I said, only recently have I started to edge properly.
                        So I would say go for it and use a ruler as often as possible when stretching for length. For bpel gains, if your edging glame is top notch, I would imagine you only need to stretch a few times (minutes) and then edge a lot.
                        Forgot to mention, I am unsure of sensitivity issues because I surely had some of those too, but I am doubting it now remembering how hard I would grab my glans and stretch from the very beginning. I perfected my grip and the glans definitely got tougher, but I pretty much use the same force now as I was using back then. But I was always struggling between ED and Pre-e both when edging and sex since a teenager..
