Looks like a penis to me. Dude u gotta know by now that everybody's dick looks different so I wouldn't worry about it. I think it looks normal.

I've no idea what's normal and what isn't, but it doesn't appear to have any problem. One thing I can relate to is that the end of my dick used to taper down through the glans like yours (head girth noticeably less than mid shaft girth). No more. After roughly four months of JP's 90 day program, my glans is much more prominent. I haven't measured, but the girth of the coronal ridge is probably now same as my mid-shaft girth.

Idk, I see guys penis's in porn video's and they never look like mine. They all look the same and not like mine. Imo I just thought mine looks weird. I've never had any friends at school or anything where you 'compare dick sizes' with each other so I always thought mine looked weird. =/
