I am uncut and concur pretty much with what Boxer stated above-and in addition notice more skin above the ball sac area for sure.
I have a Male Edge extender with a comfort strap and a pro-extender(Jes type) with a noose type fitting.
Imagine with any extender,price regardless, you simply have to keep adjusting the tension which slips,unless you can stay absolutely still for hours on end which of course wont happen.
Best for me to stay in the noose or strap is to pull back the foreskin, wrap some adhesive ace bandage beneath the glans and then place the foam tube over the top.It has certainly helped with the comfort strap which will slip otherwise(even though this is second generation device so called) With the noose extender have just added extra length bars recently and without the bandage and foam the extra stretch means the penis will slip the noose otherwise.With being uncut the foreskin will slip back to the glans over the session and as the bandage is there it will ride up onto the glans as well-so be warned it smarts upon removal.

I'm uncut too and I've never really thought about doing something different than the guys that are cut.
I jelq with the foreskin still covering my glans (I have a long foreskin) and I can see the blood going up while jelqing, so I always figured that was a good sign. (If not, please correct me and tell me how to jelq when uncut)
I used to stretch with the foreskin covering my glans but I had more of a burning feeling in my foreskin than anything else so I figured it would be better to pull the foreskin back while stretching.
If you have a narrow foreskin, try this to stretch it: stick both your indexfingers in your foreskin (if possible) and stretch it out (don't let it hurt too bad!) that's something that really helped me get a wider foreskin.
For those that have a short frenum, go to an urologist and have it fixed! I did, it took me 2 weeks to recover fully but they cut my frenum loose from the glans and I'm glad I did it. It sure as hell made my sex life a lot better. No more pain etc. (except that the part of the glans that was covered with the frenum is a lot more sensative and it takes time to get that less sensative)
Edit: I forgot to mention that for those who are uncut and have a sensative head, try to pull your foreskin back and then put your pants on. The friction causes the epidermis of your glans to thicken a little and that leads to a less sensative head.

I'm uncut and have quite a bit of foreskin.
In the beginning I considered jelqing hard as I pulled too much skin and couldn't really feel the blood flowing. It took a while (and a jelq device) to get my jelqing technique down. I do most jelqing with the foreskin covering the glans. The only possible setback I see is the fact that you need a bit more blood in your dick; since the foreskin (mine anyways) also gets pumped and filled with blood.
I've developed a kind of "counter jelq" method when jelqing, meaning:
• When I start to reach the glans with one hand (and I imagine when a cut guy normally would start the second hand jelq at the base) I do a kegel and put my second hand an inch and a half from the base and simultaneously jelq towards the glans with the first hand and towards the base with the second hand.
• This means I'm getting rid of excess skin, get a good flow in my glans as well as a good stretch and a great second hand grip...
• When I reach the base with my second hand, I release the first hand and start a new jelq rep (putting the first hand at the base, directly behind the second that is now doing the jelq).
• This works best with an overhand grip for me (but does work normally as well). It might seem like a lot of technique, but actually comes very natural to me now... Just took a while to figure it out (doing the UJ helped a lot in finding a good technique).
Hope the above makes sense... English is not my first language so I apologize for any confusions.
I also do "one hand jelqs" where I pull the skin back with one hand at the base and the other doing an overhand grip jelqing, I don't switch hands, instead when I pull the jelq hand back I also kegel.
UJs I feel are the best for me and I use the same counter jelq method as described above.
I just make sure that I always can feel a stretch inside the penis (or the tunica when that is targeted). I do this by pulling the foreskin halfway back the glans (getting me some excess skin below the glans), getting a good grip just below the glans and gently pull (before I start the exercise) to know that I'm not stretching skin only. I feel that foreskin is great when stretching, in combination with baby powder it gives me a good grip and also some protection for the glans.
The only kind of exercises where I pull my foreskin completely back behind the glans. Always.
I use quite a lot of lube, specifically Bio Oil, which I feel is superb both during workouts and as a general lotion.
I think that I've gotten a bit more foreskin, nothing that bothers me though... I started PE with the Bathmate (I now do only manual exercises) and if I've gotten any more skin I believe that Bathmate is the reason, NOT the manual exercises.
I have a hard time doing V-Jelqs also, can't seem to get the right feel... unfortunately they just feel ineffective. Anyone got that technique down?

Im confused with possible solutions posted here regarding foreskin. I am uncut, but I do the jelqs ignoring the foreskin which covers my glands all the time.
So, Ive read many posts here of u guys holding the skin back with a hand and either jelq or v jelq with the other one. That is (to me) NOT right. Why? cause as far as Ive read and plz correct me if Im wrong.. the jelquing exercises cant be performed with only one hand cause when u release the penis under the glans and go back to the base.. that's it ! the blood is gone. Thats why we r supposed to begin the jelq at the base WITH our other hand holding the blood under the glands, then WHEN half way up, we release the first jelq from under the glands. I believe no matter how much skin you have, u can jelq ignoring it completely, as long as u can see the blood bulge moving who cares about skin? just focus on the shaft and forget the skin.
Now the V Jelq is another story. I think the best way to resolve this is SIMPLY NOT GIVING UP. I got really frustrated the first couple of days but every exercising time I try new things and ways to improve the ease and effectiveness of the work out.
The balls sack skin at the base of the shaft makes it pretty hard to V Jelq to the right ( weird only to the right lol ) Down, up, out and left are not a problem to me but right, and that is because of that skin where the base meets the ball sack. Well, like I said, time and practice are helping me do it better everyday.
As far as stretching.. it is a bit difficult with skin. I just pull the skin back, grab the shaft under the glands, stretch, release the skin and perform the stretch exercise. I do PE in the shower so I can warm up slowly turning the water hotter an hotter till my dick is RED and really hot, and to re warm before going from stretches to jelqs. But to perform the stretches I MUST dry both dick and hands, and still need to hold the ok grip under the glands pretty tight in order to not have my glands slip off my hand.
Tip; I've gotten better with my exercises by just keeping my eyes on my dick while exercising. At first I would just try to concentrate and even close my eyes to keep in mind all I had read while performing the exercises.. I lost count a bunch of times, did useless jelqs etc etc. That is not helpful. KEEP UR EYES ON UR DICK AT ALL TIMES WHILE EXERCISING.
Tip; I have to hold my dick really tight for it not slipping off my hand while stretching, I feel pain and fatigue in my hand's muscles or tendons, specially my thumb's. To AVOID that.. I warm my hands up along with my dick's shaft. Then once Im done I do the warm dowm on both shaft n hands. Finally, I pull my thumbs back to stretch the muscle or tendon for a couple of secconds.

I am uncut and I've been exercising for two weeks. I am planning to make a proper introduction and log soon but first I figured I would share my method.
What I do is take a sock, put it in front of my sack, pull the sock back, and sit on the ends of the sock. It does a great job of pulling the foreskin back, allowing you to jelq with two hands. I don't want my foreskin getting any bigger!

I was considering getting some kind of silicon cockring to put around my scrotum to hold it down, though am unsure whether that might create a turky-neck problem by stressing the skin where the base of the shaft/scrotum meet...
I am (obviously) uncut, and have been jelqing leaving the foreskin over the glans. Fluid/blood seems to engorge the foreskin too, but I can "feel" the blood moving inside the shaft also (like squishing the filling into a sausage while sausage-making) so I like to think (hope) I am doing the right thing.
I was under the impression that releasing both hands (ie, jelqing only one handed) allows the blood to escape, negating any benefit?
My ballskin where it meets the base of my shaft is really getting in the way of V-jelqing, I just have to jelq slowly, and semi-irregularly, as I wrestle with it to establish a good, deep down on the shaft grip/starting point for the V-jelq. I'm having trouble with them for a few other reasons, but am already liking them alot.
I honestly think jelqing would be alot easier for those who are circumcised, but them's the breaks.

I am uncut too and have been using an extender. All of the highlighted things in the quote come into play there. It's nothing but a bonus when using an extender.
The only thing I have to add, that's been of some concern, is that my foreskin didn't grow at any other rate than the rest of my penis. My dick got longer and thicker and the foreskin covers it just the same as it did before. It's not tighter, it's not looser, it's not further behind the glans nor further beyond the glans than before. That's my experience! To me it also makes sense, because I did not stretch the foreskin more than the penis; I don't know how that would be possible with a regular stretcher. There's always the same amount of glans and foreskin that you slip through the noose, and everything grows at the same time.
