Made a little change to the usual way of doing Horse Squeezes, and while I don't think it makes it better, it makes it easier to do. The change is that I first firmly grip just below my glans before I do anything else. Then I follow that up with a real strong kegal. My final step then is to hold the kegal, then use an ok grip around the base as low as I can get it. I get the same shaft explosion that comes from the squeeze, but I find it much easier to do then to try forcing blood out of my glans after getting the ok grip around my base. While performing it the way I am doing it now, even with my shaft full of blood, my glans is very soft to the touch.

I do this when I do erect squeezes as well. Gets WAY more blood in there.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

If you try the horse with this slight adaptation, make sure that your grip at the base of your glans is real tight, as tight as you can squeeze. Make sure as you hold the squeeze that you don't let up at all on the grip by your glans. Let up just a little and blood is going out of your shaft and into your glans. With this exercise you want to keep the blood in your shaft. Obviously keep the base squeeze tight also.

In addition to this little adaptation, I also start to push my hands together during my 60 second holds. I don't actually slide my hands up or down my shaft, I just push them together without moving them. It is the physically most tiring single exercise I do.
