  • Should I NOT not masturbate?

    I read your surveys showing that ejaculation and masturbation seem to reduce your gains. I'm a beginner and I SERIOUSLY wanna see some gains soon, say 3-6 months, but I'm willing to sacrifice masturbation and "false pleasure" for the sake of my gains. But is stopping myself from ejaculating bad for me?

    I used to be addicted, unfortunately, to porn and masturbation to fantasies in my mind because I couldn't control myself. I've not jacked for about 2 weeks now and my libido is not driving me crazy, as I had hope for. Since my libido isn't that high, should I continue to not masturbate for three months?

    Is it healthy?

    I don't think you have to abstain for three months bud! I think, like anything, masturbation is totally fine in moderation, just don't go crazy. A few times a week certainly won't hinder your gains, and ejaculating is actually healthy. And its probably not wise to expect gains in a certain time, but if you adhere to a routine with good form, i'm pretty sure you'll gain.

      It's ok to masturbate once to twice a week .... I think this is the perfect frequency .... It's not worth the trouble to abstain from masturbation just to gain a few millimetres of penis length. Have sex too .... Don't give up on sex for PE (That's just going crazy).Have as much sex as you want and it also works as a cementing routine and you can edge as much as you want during sex. It's good sexual stamina practice too .... I just had sex with my girlfriend yesterday and damn was it awsome!! We started off standing and me screwing her from the back while using the table as a pivot. We then changed location to the bed,started off with doggie,went missionary and ejaculated inside her doggy style. It was a great experience.

            Refraining from masturbation is not healthy dude. It's perfectly healthy for you to do it and in fact, it's unhealthy for you if you don't. And don't worry about the impact on gains, they'll come in time. You can't hurry them along, they come when they come.....
            It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

                So to sum up what you guys have said:

                Masturbation may prevent development of prostate cancer
                Keep it to once or twice a week or fortnight <- healthy frequency
                Ejaculation is perfectly normal and gains come with patience.

                So I have one question.

                On average, if I am VERY committed to the PE gym, when can I expect gains? OK so I won't count the time until my gains come but just so impatience doesn't arise, I want to know what men can expect with dedication.

                Just so you know my routine is ordinary stretches (a lot of them), jelq by trapping blood with both hands, V-jelq and jelq at around 80% erection- with full warm up and "cool down".
                I don't want to become impatient because I don't know when gains will come.

                  Wow, you may just hurt yourself there. Don't start jelqing at that erection level. Try around 30%... 50% at most.

                  Gains come at different speeds for everyone. It took me a month. Others take less, others take FAR longer. Just keep at it.

                    Masturbate at least 3-4 times per week. Masturbating wont hinder gains.

                      wet jelqs at 40% EL are optimum and for v-jelqs don't go anywhere above 30% EL for the moment ....

                        I typically jelq at about 80% if not more so BUT I've also been doing this a long ass time and my dick is used to being jelqed at the EL. Jelqing at 80% is NOT recommended for newbies...just be patient, the gains will come.
                        It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

                              Guess dude. Not that hard. How erect are you? Just guesstimate.

                              Yeah, it's fine. You can hit a G-Spot easier with it (my opinion from my experiences).
