  • Exercise that helped you most.

    I would hope that only people who have at least three solid months of PE reply, but I guess we can't stop newbies from giving their opinion.

    What exercise or exercises do you feel helped you the most? I am not talking about newbie gains, but the particular gains you worked for after you had developed a solid knowledge of PE.

    For me, number one is Lazy Ass Stretches. I wanted my flaccid hang and look to be a certain way, and this particular exercise got it for me.
    The UJ that I sort of came up with is probably second on my list. It hit my CS incredibly, and the increase in size is amazing.
    Third would be uli's and horse squeezes. These got me some girth, but more importantly, excellent vein definition in my shaft.
    Finally, testicle jelqing. My sack was usually turtled, but most of the time now I have a pretty decent hang and my testes themselves are larger.

    I think I can stretch until the cows come home and it won't get me much, so I am glad I started off at a decent length.

      how long do you do lasy ass stretches for? sets and reps..

        Simple as pie - stand up in front of a cushioned (but not too cushioned chair), reach behind and between your legs and grab your unit by the base of your glans. Now pull your unit back between your legs with a good, firm pull (I use my other hand to push down on the base from the front), pull it between your butt cheeks and carefully sit down on it. Initially you should probably get up and shake it out after 15-20 minutes. I usually go for an hour or more now. I also do these bundled. These aren't done in sets. If I sit on it for an hour, I won't repeat it for a few hours at least. When I do them bundled, I usually go for 30-45 minutes. I don't do them everyday, then again I don't do any form of PE everyday.

          Cool- thanks. Tonight's a Long Day routine for me so I will definitely add this to my routine.

                        1. Jelq (Any erection level, but especially the extremes.)
                        2. Internal/tunica Stretches
                        3. Squeezes (Uli's specifically)
                        4. Edging (able to DO)
                        5. Kegels (My stamina is better now and I can shoot a load across the room)

                          By far the best PE exercize for the penis IS:

                          REST

                          Believe it! Add a random rest day now and then. When you go back to PE your penis will make a growth jump and EQ boost. I've done it many times with success.
                          6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
                          10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
                          12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
                          6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

                              Big Al Squeezes -gained nearly .5 inches in girth in 5 weeks ( 4.5 to 4.875-5inches) from doing this exercise). I'm still anxiously waiting for length gains though.
