I would hope that only people who have at least three solid months of PE reply, but I guess we can't stop newbies from giving their opinion.
What exercise or exercises do you feel helped you the most? I am not talking about newbie gains, but the particular gains you worked for after you had developed a solid knowledge of PE.
For me, number one is Lazy Ass Stretches. I wanted my flaccid hang and look to be a certain way, and this particular exercise got it for me.
The UJ that I sort of came up with is probably second on my list. It hit my CS incredibly, and the increase in size is amazing.
Third would be uli's and horse squeezes. These got me some girth, but more importantly, excellent vein definition in my shaft.
Finally, testicle jelqing. My sack was usually turtled, but most of the time now I have a pretty decent hang and my testes themselves are larger.
I think I can stretch until the cows come home and it won't get me much, so I am glad I started off at a decent length.
