I will say I have been trying different manual routines for about 2 years now with no real gains. I took a 2 month break and tried out JPs 90 day beginner routine with the end result of no gains. EQ remained same ( Very High). I am uncircumcised, so that might be a reason to why I have gained nothing. So now, I'm testing out hanging and clamping and seeing if that does any good. I will say i have seen about an extra half inch while clamping(temporary). So right now the outlook is seeming to be good for clamping.
