  • Won't be able to do PE for a few

    So I am going to visit my family. I am leaving later today. I think I will be able to slip in some small maintenance exercises while I am there (some stretching, maybe 20-25 jelqs) but I will probably miss a day or 2 of scheduled routine.

    Will this set me back? I plan on doing a double routine today before I leave to kind of "shock" myself...so maybe the extra days off with just a light light routine won't be so bad? What do you think? I am seeing nice progress and don't want to lose. Ideally, I want to keep gaining.

              Hey blackirish , Don't worry about any loss . I wasn't a fan of days off , but recent experience says that
              time off means more growth . Just have fun .

                Even though I'm a physiologist, scientist, and weight lifter... this concept is so hard to WANT to believe even though I know the majority of empirical evidence shows its significance. ugh

                  I know man, i have a hard time this myself..
                  i only have one complete off day a week.
                  but 2 jelq days off.

                  but yes when you have a day off, your going crazy, because you cant do any PE :/

                      Dude, I just took two weeks off and didn't lose anything. Don't worry.

                        yeah, I take, or try to take a week off after every three months or when I change routines. hard to do, but easier when you have things to do.
