So I am going to visit my family. I am leaving later today. I think I will be able to slip in some small maintenance exercises while I am there (some stretching, maybe 20-25 jelqs) but I will probably miss a day or 2 of scheduled routine.
Will this set me back? I plan on doing a double routine today before I leave to kind of "shock" myself...so maybe the extra days off with just a light light routine won't be so bad? What do you think? I am seeing nice progress and don't want to lose. Ideally, I want to keep gaining.
