Lately for time reasons and for sanity reasons, I've been splitting my PE routine during on days.
I do my jelquing/girth exercises in the AM.
I do the stretching in the PM. I also started wearing an extender for 30 minutes after stretching because I heard an extender is good for length and girth.
Pros or Cons of this approach to my routine? I just get bored doing both at the same time. I feel less time crunched splitting the two. Will I disturb progress?
Also is it true an extender is good for length and girth? Why?

I tried this but wasnt a fan of it...I would just rather do it all at once... I need to add my extender after my workout since i want to start adding some length; however, i really want to work on girth02/1/10: BPEL - 6"; EG - 4"
10/1/10: BPEL - 6.75"; EG 5.00"
5/1/15: BPEL - 6.50"; EG - 5"

I purposely split my routines on certain days - I call them Combo Days (Long Days consist of pure stretching, Fat Days consist of girth exercises, Combo I do both). I generally do Combos after weekends and long layoffs and it works very well for me. Those are usually shorter in duration (about an hour) and helps me prep for the rest of the week's more concentrated workouts.
