can you edge after a PE exersise?

does anyone know if its good to edge after a PE session,without cumming??
or is it better to only edge on a off day?

That's the best time for it ! Try it several times a week going to the PONR .
Great for the libido and self control .

I finish my PE routine regularly with edging and then kegels. Consider this stamina work.
