Thread: Need a good routine

Okay. So I need a good routine that i can do in maybe... 30-40 minutes per day? I am anywhere from 6.2-7.0" hard. It varies a lot, though lately is has been about 6.6" consistently (meaning for the last week and a half). About five months ago, i maxed at 7.5" so I am a bit confused about the loss, because it gets just as much attention and I am in even better shape now than I was then. Anyway, I am about 3.5" soft. I am looking to get around an 8"-9". I know this will require a lot of time and dedication, especially since I can only do short routines. However, any help would be appreciated. I know everybody is different, but any type of progress and dates might help. For instance, Your expectations of my gains after two months, four, six, etc. I am 5'11" and about 175 pounds with about 11% body fat last time I had it checked. I am in good health. Exercise often. Do sports. Have a good workout routine that i started about a month ago. So once again, I am just looking for help on a routine that could potentially get me from about 6.6" to 8"-9" with only about 30-40 minutes per day. If you don't want to check out or use the many beginner routines here on the site, I'd suggest checking out Big Al's male enhancement coach paysite. They'll customize a routine for you, based on the stats you've given here, and there's apparently been great results for people with time constraints. And nobody can tell how much you'll gain, PE is basically still an art, not a science, we can't tell if you'll gain from your first routine, there's a lot of trial and error involved for most.
