Obviously, it depends on the size of a girl's mouth and the spacing of her back teeth. Why don't you try finding something 6.5" in girth and see if you can get the end of it into your mouth and for how long.

My guess is that at about 6" oral gets hard, 6.5" is barely manageable (probably many girls cannot get this into their mouth at all), and 7" is physically impossible. A lot depends on size of the glans versus shaft, and also whether or not you consider it to count if she can only get your glans in her mouth.

I have had women complain of jaw fatigue and I am only about 5.5" at the business end. The outer diameter of most US toilet paper tubes is 5.5" and I would find it hard to insert that between my teeth for any length of time.
