I know we all have that battery of exercises we do during our sessions, and that, at least in my routines, not all get done every time. Out of say 10 stretching exercises, I may do a particular 4 on one day and then another 4 on another day and so on, but I keep the same 10 as my group. And then there are some exercises that I have found that have become absolute staples - they get done no matter what day it is. For instance, on Fat Days (girth work), no matter what else I do, flaccid bends and v-jelqs are always there.
